State Police in Northern Michigan are welcoming a new canine team, Trooper Michael Sinke and his partner Macho.
They will be joining the Seventh District Hometown Security Team.
Sinke is a 17-year veteran of the State Police, and has been a canine handler since 2013.
He and Macho are transferring from–can you believe it?–Paw Paw, Michigan!
His partner Macho is trained in tracking, narcotics detection and handler protection.
