Brewvine: Paddle Hard Brewing

“Sometimes you’re just in the mood for having wine or you’re just in the mood for having beer but you have that option here,” said Stephanie Mora, manager at Paddle Hard Brewing. “It makes it a nice place to be able to come and meet with a wide variety of peoples different preferences and have everyone’s needs met.”

Paddle Hard Brewing in Grayling is best known by beer drinkers for its ales, stouts and IPA’s but in this week’s Brewvine, Whitney Amann and photojournalist Jeremy Erickson show us that beer isn’t the only thing filling their glasses.

“If there is one thing that I would say the craft beverage industry is about…it’s about people experiencing different varieties of drinks and finding new ways to combine with food and have that sort of experience where it enhances the entire experien

ce,” said Mora. “I think it’s something that appeals to a much larger crowd, and of course we are always open to having a bigger variety for people to enjoy.”
