
The Kalkaska High School varsity football and volleyball players are going head-to-head on Monday with a friendly game of volleyball, but it’s who they are helping that really puts the ball in their court.
Kalkaska High’s annual between the football and volleyball teams is raising money for a former student who’s been recently diagnosed with cancer.
Scott Patterson is a sophomore at Central Michigan University who’s now being treated for leukemia.
In addition to a friendly competition between sports teams, there will also be a silent auction to help Scott and his family.
