“The opportunity to work on Michigan This Morning has been a great experience. Ever since I’ve been in this position, it seems like I’ve grown close to all of the communities of northern Michigan. I feel responsible to put on the best show possible because our viewers deserve the same loyalty that they give to us.”

Corey Adkins has been the Photojournalist for Michigan This Morning since February, 1999. Prior to that, he was a Production Specialist for 9&10 News. He is the recipient of the 2001 Michigan Association of Broadcasters Best Mini-Series/Documentary. In addition, he has garnered seven Emmy nominations and two wins.

Corey’s interest include outdoor activities, playing guitar, and listening to hard rock music.
