What Is 9&10 News Express?

9&10 News Express is a FREE e-mail service offered by 9&10 News.  Each weekday, our news staff will send send out the the latest local news important to Northern Michigan. 

Every 9&10 News Express e-mail will also include the immediate Doppler 9&10 Forecast direct from our team of meteorologists.  The forecast is given for all three parts of the 9&10 News viewing area, the Upper Peninsula, the Northern Lower Peninsula, and the Central Lower Peninsula. 

You'll also see who's scheduled to appear on your favorite 9&10 News talk shows and what programs are scheduled to air that night.

When will I receive 9&10 News Express?

You can receive 9&10 News Express at a variety of times each week.  The 9&10 News team publishes issues weekday Mornings (e-mailed around 7:00am), weekday Evenings (e-mailed around 4:15pm), and Weekends.   The Weekend subscription features the forecast and is delivered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons.  You can choose to receive any or all of these editions.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

We offer an interactive online form so you can change or cancel your 9&10 News Express account. Simply enter in your e-mail address and then follow the instructions.  Make sure you use the same e-mail address that receives your copies of 9&10 News Express!

Using this form, you'll be able to add or remove your e-mail address from our subscription lists.  You can also sign up for other versions of 9&10 News Express.

Why haven't I received a confirmation e-mail?

Chances are you entered in a different or incorrect e-mail address.  If you don't receive a confirmation message within 24 hours of subscribing or changing you account, go ahead and try again.

Make sure you enter a complete e-mail address, like username@domain.com. 

You may also check your spam or junk mail settings on your e-mail account.  Our messages may be getting filtered out before they get to you.  The domain to add to your "safe" or "white" list is: m2v2.9and10news.com

Does 9&10 News Express cost anything?

No!  9&10 News Express is free to all subscribers.

Will 9&10 News Express work on my computer?

We send 9&10 News Express as a plain text e-mail, so it is compatible with all e-mail programs and computers.

Why do I have to fill out a survey to sign up?

To keep this service free of charge, the staff at 9&10 News needs to gather information about who signs up for 9&10 News Express.  We will use this information to market the service to our advertisers and business partners.  This information will be used to sell advertising to those companies.

Will 9&10 News give anyone my personal information?

NO!  9&10 News values your privacy.   Any special offers sent as part of 9&10 News Express will be sent out by 9&10 News' own Internet staff.  All of the information you give us in the online survey will remain in 9&10's secure computer system.  Only certain staff members at 9&10 News will actually have access to your information.
