Official entry forms are available at Voelker Implement Sales locations in Big Rapids or Lake City. Applicants can also send their name, address, telephone number, and age on a 3X5 postcard to Snow Blower Giveaway, c/o 9&10 News, P.O. Box 627, Cadillac, MI 49601. All entries must be received by November 25th.
