MOSCOW (AP) — Russia's president says Moscow could back sanctions against Iran, if it fails to take a constructive stance in international talks over its nuclear ambitions. In remarks to Germany's Der Spiegel magazine released by the Kremlin, Dmitry Medvedev (dih-MEE'-tree med-VYEH'-dyev) says that's not a preferable solution since sanctions are usually "a step in a very difficult and dangerous direction."
