A Chinese company says it wants to put the rumors to rest.
Zhongding says it bought Michigan Rubber in Cadillac as part of a plan to expand it's operations in the United States.
   Myers Industries finalized the sale of Michigan Rubber and it's Buckhorn Rubber Products in Hannibal, Missouri last Friday.
   The ten million dollar deal is the latest of several Zhongding deals in the United States.
   Today the general manager talked about what their goals are in Cadillac.
